Referral program terms

These terms apply to the Seattle Water Filtration referral program. By signing up or using a referral code, you agree to them.

1. Referrer reward. You earn $50 for each new customer who uses your code and whose installation is completed and paid in full.
2. New customer discount. A new customer who uses a valid code gets $50 off their installation. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless we say so.
3. Who qualifies. The referred person must be a new customer of Seattle Water Filtration within our service area. You cannot refer yourself or anyone in your own household. Existing or past customers do not count as new referrals.
4. Payment. Referrer rewards are paid by gift card, account credit, or another method we choose, usually within 30 days after the reward is earned.
5. Fair use. Please share your code with people you know. Do not post it on coupon sites, send spam, or run paid ads using our name. We may cancel codes and rewards connected to fraud or abuse.
6. Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honored.
7. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
8. Messages. If you opt in to texts, we will send messages about your referrals and rewards. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
